Autumnal Pumpkin Soup

My daughter made pumpkin soup lately.
So right up my alley because of its vibrant colour and the delicious taste.
Just add a little bit crème fraîche or sour cream if you're not vegan.

  2. Thoroughly delicious looking! Pumpkin is on heavy rotation at our house this month, too, in everything from breads to roasted seeds for use in salads and snack mixes.
