Yummy vegetables

Roasted vegetables again, the best way to prepare vegetables.
See recipe on my post of 7th April.
For the corncobs: Mix butter with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and rub the corncobs with this mixture. Lay them on the other vegetables and roast them in the oven for about 40 minutes. Ready!
If you want you can pour white balsamic vinegar over it and wait an hour or more. 
Makes it even more aromatic.
